水泥自動攪拌車設(shè)備在運(yùn)行和使用過程中，如果超過設(shè)備本身所能承受的溫度，就會對設(shè)備造成一定的損壞。為此，當(dāng)設(shè)備溫度過高時(shí)，我們需要對其進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的維護(hù)工作。

1、防止發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)體過熱：由于環(huán)境溫度比較高，發(fā)動機(jī)容易過熱。要加強(qiáng)對發(fā)動機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的檢查和保養(yǎng)，包括水箱、節(jié)溫器、水泵、風(fēng)扇等部件的檢查，注意及時(shí)加注冷卻水。當(dāng)水溫超過100℃時(shí)，停在陰涼處降溫，讓發(fā)動機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，掀起發(fā)動機(jī)罩幫助散熱。
1. Prevent the engine body from overheating: due to the high ambient temperature, the engine is easy to overheat. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the inspection of water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan and other components, and pay attention to the timely filling of cooling water. 2、防止發(fā)動機(jī)爆燃：夏季氣溫較高，有時(shí)會超過35℃，而在這樣的季節(jié)，對于一些零件老化的汽車，自然爆燃的概率要高得多。所以準(zhǔn)備好采取預(yù)防措施。

3、防止車漆損壞：車漆在強(qiáng)烈的陽光照射下會變老起皺。普通的美容打蠟雖然可以起到一定的防曬效果，但是因?yàn)槿魏诬囅灦己泄瑁杂貌涣硕嗑谩Ｗ贤饩€照射會使車漆生銹，留下一點(diǎn)黑點(diǎn)。車蠟本身不能增強(qiáng)硬度和抗紫外線效果。相反，它會因溫度過高而迅速流失。停車時(shí)，注意盡量把車停在陰涼的地方。
3. Prevent paint damage: paint will age and wrinkle under strong sunlight. Although ordinary beauty waxing can have a certain sunscreen effect, it won't take long because any car wax contains silicon. Ultraviolet radiation will rust the car paint, leaving a little black spots. Car wax itself cannot enhance hardness and UV resistance. On the contrary, it will be quickly lost due to high temperature. When parking, try to park the car in a cool place.
4、防止爆胎：溫度高，更容易爆胎。溫度過高時(shí)，容易使輪胎變形，降低抗拉強(qiáng)度。至于輪胎本身，氣壓不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、輪胎老化、性能減弱，或輪胎在行駛過程中與硬金屬或其他硬物滾動都會導(dǎo)致汽車突然爆胎。
4. Prevent tyre burst: high temperature makes it easier to burst. When the temperature is too high, it is easy to deform the tire and reduce the tensile strength. As for the tire itself, non-standard air pressure, tire aging, reduced performance, or the tire rolling with hard metal or other hard objects during driving will cause the car to suddenly blow out.
5、防止發(fā)動機(jī)潤滑不良：溫度高時(shí)，機(jī)油粘度降低，抗氧化性變差，導(dǎo)致潤滑不良。因此，要經(jīng)常檢查油量和油質(zhì)，及時(shí)補(bǔ)充或更換。注意及時(shí)清洗機(jī)油濾清器和散熱器，保證機(jī)油流通順暢，散熱良好，盡量避免發(fā)動機(jī)超載。
5. Prevent poor engine lubrication: when the temperature is high, the viscosity of the engine oil decreases, and the oxidation resistance becomes poor, resulting in poor lubrication. Therefore, the oil quantity and quality should be checked frequently and supplemented or replaced in time. Pay attention to timely clean the oil filter and radiator to ensure smooth oil circulation and good heat dissipation, and try to avoid engine overload.
