1. Control the air pressure fastening joint. How much air pressure should be injected into the tank? This has been set at the factory and does not need to be adjusted by yourself. If it is necessary to adjust in case of special circumstances, it is recommended to control the pressure at about 3.5Mpa. If the pressure is too high, it is easy to burst the pipe. In addition, in new vehicles and daily use, the pipeline interface shall be fastened at any time to prevent falling off.

2、罐車加水流程.  每種罐車加水處的布置都大同小異，一般都是水罐排氣——加滿水——關閉加水閥;在不用的情況下，將撥桿的位置放在中間。

3、冬季排盡管內余水.  在冬季每天收車之后應該排盡水罐內和水管中的水，并在水管打入壓縮空氣吹盡各個管路中殘留的水，防止因為結冰造成管路凍裂。

4、隨車帶上減水劑，減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車攜帶，能對混凝土進行很好的調節。不過在加入減水劑的時候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗室的人在場，否則混凝土質量強度不夠，駕駛員要承擔后果。

5、回廠檢查罐內水量.每次出車任務完成回到站內的時候，檢查儲水罐內的水量，讓水罐中的水隨時處于滿罐的狀態，以備不時之需。

6、離廠前檢查混凝土質量。可能會因為原料的不同，每一盤混凝土質量都會有變化。在裝好混凝土離場時，一定要檢查罐內混凝土的塌落度情況以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝結和混凝土分層沉淀。

When loading concrete and leaving the site, be sure to check the slump and workability of concrete in the tank, and be careful of early setting of concrete and layered precipitation of concrete.

7、減少車輛行駛時間.混凝土運距一般在直徑30公里范圍以內，出車之前規劃好路線以及車輛通行情況，盡量減少車輛在路上的時間。

8、減少損失先卸料.如果遇到人為因素或者不可抗因素，導致長時間無法卸料的情況，應隨時查看罐內混凝土情況，一旦發現混凝土開始凝結。在報備負責人之后立刻進行卸料，以防整個罐體報廢。

9、隨時需清洗.運營當中隨時沖洗。在每次卸料之后，用罐車自己帶水槍對罐口、葉片、進料口、罐體以及犄角旮旯進行沖洗，防止混凝土凝固之后越積越多，不好清理。

10、收車之后徹底清洗罐車。每天的運送任務結束之后，在罐內加入1立方米以上的清水，快速的旋轉罐體進行清洗。有條件的公司，還可以在罐內加入石子，效果會更好。
