4.自上料微型攪拌車的運(yùn)輸時(shí)間不得超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。在運(yùn)輸混凝土的過程中，攪拌桶不應(yīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停頓以防止混凝土偏析。駕駛員應(yīng)始終觀察具體情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)通知主控制室，并進(jìn)行治療。

4. The transportation time of self loading Mini mixer shall not exceed the specified time of mixing station. In the process of transporting concrete, the mixing bucket should not be stopped for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver should always observe the specific situation, and inform the main control room if any abnormality is found, and carry out treatment.

5.將混凝土安裝在轎廂中時(shí)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過1小時(shí)。如果超過超時(shí)時(shí)間，則應(yīng)要求網(wǎng)站負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)處理。

6.當(dāng)自上料微型攪拌車通過非泵運(yùn)輸時(shí)，應(yīng)將其從混凝土排到罐中。高溫時(shí)，不得超過2小時(shí)。如果超過2小時(shí)，則必須將其排出。雨天溫度較低時(shí)，不應(yīng)超過2.5小時(shí)。

6. When the self loading Mini mixer is transported by non pump, it shall be discharged from the concrete into the tank. At high temperature, not more than 2 hours. If more than 2 hours, it must be discharged. When the temperature is low in rainy days, it should not exceed 2.5 hours.

7.在卸出混凝土之前，攪拌筒應(yīng)以10-12 rpm的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn)1分鐘，然后卸出。
