每次攪拌完成后及時對攪拌斗葉片進行清洗，把攪拌斗葉片上的污垢清除掉。經(jīng)常在攪拌斗軸承與攪拌斗葉片之間、攪拌斗葉片和葉柄之間滴加潤滑油。及時對攪拌斗葉片進行除銹和防生銹處理，以免由于維護不及時而造成攪拌斗葉片生銹被腐蝕。

在每次換班開工之前，要讓攪拌斗進行兩到三分鐘的空轉(zhuǎn)，用以檢查攪拌斗葉片是否牢固和正常，如果運轉(zhuǎn)過程中發(fā)出異常聲音或有零件掉落，在注意安全的情況下，應當迅速排除。在空轉(zhuǎn)時維護人員和施工人員需要盡量遠離攪拌斗的出口方向，以免零件飛出而造成人員傷亡。
