1.攪拌車自身出故障。
1. The mixer itself fails.
a.首先我們會想到是不是發動機出問題了，如果發動機一直在轟轟響，那就排除發動機問題，檢查一下油泵工作情況，看傳動軸是否損壞或斷裂：斷裂了就立即更換。

If the engine is booming all the time, we should eliminate the engine problem and check the working condition of the oil pump to see whether the transmission shaft is damaged or broken. If it is broken, replace it immediately.
b.如果傳動軸是好的，油泵也正常工作，那就檢查一下液壓油：如果液壓油漏光，那就是管子和密封件的問題，更換管子和密封件就行。

c.檢查散熱器風扇是否運轉，如果液壓油變成乳化變白，液壓油溫超過90度，這時液壓系統就沒有壓力了，攪拌罐自然就不轉了。解決辦法：用水冷卻一下液壓泵和液壓馬達，液壓油溫降下來了，攪拌罐就可以轉動了。這是緊急情況下的解決辦法，治標不治本，等把混凝土放出來之后要趕緊修理散熱器或更換液壓油，從根本上解決問題。
c. Check whether the radiator fan is running. If the hydraulic oil turns white and emulsified, and the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 90 degrees, there will be no pressure in the hydraulic system and the mixing tank will not rotate naturally. Solution: cool the hydraulic pump and motor with water, the temperature of the hydraulic oil drops, and the mixing tank can rotate. This is the solution in an emergency, not a permanent cure. After the concrete is put out, repair the radiator or replace the hydraulic oil to fundamentally solve the problem.
d.液壓泵損壞，此時緊急處理的辦法是用其它水泥自動攪拌車的液壓泵帶動液壓馬達轉動攪拌罐，將混凝土排出，再修理或更換液壓泵。
d. When the hydraulic pump is damaged, the emergency treatment method is to use the hydraulic pump of other concrete mixer truck to drive the hydraulic motor to rotate the mixing tank, discharge the concrete, and then repair or replace the hydraulic pump.
e.液壓馬達損壞或減速機損壞，這時是不能使用應急裝置的，可以將攪拌罐上的檢查蓋打開將混凝土放出，之后再修理液壓馬達和減速機。
