4、如不行則應考慮是油嘴不霧化，油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座斷裂，卡死不工作，或是柴油內有水。拆下油嘴總成檢查開啟壓力和霧化，如果油嘴總成正常，可讓用戶用干凈柴油裝入壺中用油路旁接法進行試驗。若還有斷火現象應考慮是發動機問題。
