Many users will only use the cement automatic mixer after they buy it. They don't know how to repair it when there is a problem. Here's how to deal with the oil leakage of the automatic mixer:

一、在冬季使用設備的的時候，如果預熱不足，油溫就會變低，油液、油封沒有達到合適的溫度。如果等到油溫達到正常狀態后，我們在開始進行轉罐工作。這樣使用時間長，油封就是正常的磨損，需要更換新油封。

1、 When using the equipment in winter, if the preheating is insufficient, the oil temperature will become lower, and the oil and oil seal do not reach the appropriate temperature. If we wait until the oil temperature reaches the normal state, we will start the can transfer work. Such a long service time, the oil seal is normal wear, and a new oil seal needs to be replaced.

二、液壓油缸長時間沒有得到更換，或者濾芯質量不合格，液壓油過臟，會讓油封磨損速度加快。所以需要及時對設備的液壓油及濾芯進行更換。

2、 The hydraulic cylinder has not been replaced for a long time, or the filter element is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil is too dirty, which will speed up the wear of the oil seal. Therefore, the hydraulic oil and filter element of the equipment need to be replaced in time.

三、液壓油出現變質、乳化，潤滑性能下降的時候，會加快油封磨損的情況，這個時候我們需要更換液壓油、濾芯，并進行清洗。

3、 When the hydraulic oil deteriorates, emulsifies and the lubricating performance decreases, the wear of the oil seal will be accelerated. At this time, we need to replace the hydraulic oil and filter element and clean it.

四、傳動軸動平衡失效，擺動量過大，會引起主軸擺動油封偏磨。需要對傳動軸進行校正或者更換。

4、 The dynamic balance of the transmission shaft fails, and the excessive swing will cause the eccentric wear of the main shaft swing oil seal. The drive shaft needs to be corrected or replaced.

五、散熱器不散熱的時候會造成油溫過高，粘度、潤滑性下降、油封過熱密封失效。

5、 When the radiator does not dissipate heat, the oil temperature will be too high, the viscosity and lubricity will be reduced, the oil seal will overheat and the seal will fail.

這個時候需要自動上料攪拌機停機，用水沖洗泵馬達、散熱器殼體，達到一定的降溫效果。

At this time, it is necessary to shut down the automatic feeding mixer and wash the pump motor and radiator shell with water to achieve a certain cooling effect.
