減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車攜帶，能對混凝土進行很好的調節。不過在加入減水劑的時候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗室的人在場，否則混凝土質量強度不夠，后果會很嚴重。

二、回站檢查儲水罐內的水量

每次出車卸完料回到站內的時候，檢查儲水罐內的水量，確保讓水罐中的水隨時處于滿罐的狀態，以備不時之需。

When returning to the station after unloading, check the amount of water in the water storage tank to ensure that the water in the water tank is full at any time in case of emergency.

三、離站前檢查混凝土質量

3、 Check the concrete quality before leaving the station

可能會因為原料的不同，每一車混凝土質量都會有變化。在裝好混凝土離場時，一定要檢查罐內混凝土的塌落度以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝結和混凝土離析沉淀。

四、盡量減少車輛行駛的時間

混凝土運輸距離一般在半徑20公里范圍以內，出車之前規劃好行車路線以及車輛性能情況，盡量減少車輛在路上的行駛時間。

五、特殊情況為了減少損失先卸料

如果遇人為或不可抗因素，導致長時間無法卸料的情況，應隨時查看罐內混凝土情況，一旦發現混凝土開始凝結。應立刻進行卸料，以防整個罐體凝罐報廢。

In case of failure to unload for a long time due to human or irresistible factors, check the concrete in the tank at any time. Once it is found that the concrete begins to set. Unloading shall be carried out immediately to prevent the whole condensate tank from being scrapped.
