一、罐體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)工作原理

導(dǎo)致攪拌罐停轉(zhuǎn)主要有以下原因：

The shutdown of mixing tank is mainly caused by the following reasons:

1.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)故障：發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)法啟動(dòng)、取力器損壞等原因。

1. Engine failure: the engine cannot be started, the power take-off is damaged, etc.

2.上裝故障：傳動(dòng)軸損壞、油泵故障、液壓油過(guò)臟或油量不足、馬達(dá)故障、減速機(jī)故障、操縱桿松脫等原因。

2. Mounting failure: transmission shaft damage, oil pump failure, dirty or insufficient hydraulic oil, motor failure, reducer failure, control lever loosening, etc.

三、尋找故障點(diǎn)

當(dāng)車輛運(yùn)送混凝土過(guò)程中，發(fā)生罐體無(wú)法轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)故障，應(yīng)停車進(jìn)行檢查。通過(guò)“一聽(tīng)、一看、一動(dòng)”迅速尋找故障點(diǎn)，“一聽(tīng)”是指從傳動(dòng)軸到減速機(jī)各零部件有無(wú)發(fā)出異響；“一看”是指看液壓油箱油位是否過(guò)低或管路漏油嚴(yán)重；“一動(dòng)”是指前后扳動(dòng)油泵伺服桿，罐體是否正反均無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

When the tank fails to rotate during concrete transportation, the vehicle shall be stopped for inspection. Quickly find the fault point by "listening, looking and moving", and "listening" refers to whether all parts from the transmission shaft to the reducer make abnormal noise; "One look" means to check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is too low or the pipeline leaks seriously; "Movement" refers to pulling the oil pump servo rod back and forth, and whether the tank body does not rotate in both positive and negative directions.

四、應(yīng)急措施

如果不能在混凝土預(yù)凝之前將車輛修復(fù)，應(yīng)立即采取應(yīng)急措施：

If the vehicle cannot be repaired before the concrete is pre set, emergency measures shall be taken immediately:

1.馬達(dá)和減速機(jī)無(wú)故障情況下，連接“應(yīng)急油管”將混凝土卸出，預(yù)防凝灌事故發(fā)生。

1. Connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete when the motor and reducer have no fault, so as to prevent concreting accident.

2.馬達(dá)或減速機(jī)發(fā)生故障且確定無(wú)法在混凝土預(yù)凝前使罐體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，請(qǐng)快速打開(kāi)人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開(kāi)孔（Φ=1250px，避開(kāi)原有焊道），與此同時(shí)持續(xù)向進(jìn)料口灌入大量清水，沖刷罐內(nèi)混凝土，直至罐體下方無(wú)混凝土流出，罐內(nèi)少量殘余混凝土需人工進(jìn)行清理，清理完畢后進(jìn)行清洗，將割下部分重新焊接到罐體上（安裝人孔蓋），并打磨噴漆處理。

2. If the motor or reducer fails and it is determined that the tank cannot rotate before the concrete is pre set, please quickly open the manhole cover. If the manhole cover is not below the tank, you need to open a hole at the bottom of the front cone of the tank（ Φ= 1250px, avoiding the original weld bead), and at the same time, continuously pour a large amount of clean water into the feed inlet to wash the concrete in the tank until no concrete flows out under the tank. A small amount of residual concrete in the tank needs to be cleaned manually. After cleaning, the cut part shall be welded to the tank again (manhole cover shall be installed), and polished and painted.
