Method 1

1、準備好緊急驅動軟管，將故障商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車熄火，卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭。

1. Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the fire of the cement mixer truck, and remove the high-pressure oil pipe joint on the hydraulic motor.

2、將救援車熄火，將其液壓馬達的高壓油管卸下，并與故障車上的對應接頭用緊急驅動軟管相連。

3、發動救援車，將其操縱手柄撥至出料位置，故障車內的商品混凝土即被排出。

4、緊急驅動完畢后，將驅動軟管卸下，并恢復兩車原狀。

1、若個方法實行有困難，則必須采用以下方法，立即排出商品混凝土。

2、在托輪和滾道之間放入木楔，以控制攪拌筒的旋轉，一定要注意安全;將發動機熄火，拆松液壓馬達的一根高壓油管，攪拌筒可自由旋轉，控制攪拌筒的旋轉，使維修孔轉到下部，然后打開維修孔，清理出筒內商品混凝土。此時一定要注意安全，商品混凝土排出完畢后，恢復商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車原狀。

2. Put a wooden wedge between the supporting roller and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum. Be sure to pay attention to safety. Turn off the engine and loosen a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor.
