If it is abnormal, it may be that a certain equipment accessory in the pressure oil circuit is stuck for other reasons and is in the place where the oil is returned, resulting in the short circuit of the pressure oil circuit and overflow circuit, or the loosening of the pipe joint. When some equipment in the oil circuit leaks seriously, or the seal of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor is damaged. The way to eliminate this problem is to directly disassemble the relevant equipment for cleaning, and to see if the corresponding equipment is damaged, it is necessary to replace it, and to check the inspection.

2、看自上料攪拌車液壓泵是不是能輸出液壓油呢。如果說是新的液壓泵，沒有液壓油，可能是泵體有缺陷，讓吸油腔和壓油腔有相通的情況發生，失去壓油能力，應及時廠家更換。若不是新的液壓泵，無液壓油輸出，則可能是泵的轉向不對，零件磨損嚴重或損壞，及時更換。

2. See whether the hydraulic pump of the charging mixer can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new hydraulic pump, and there is no hydraulic oil, it may be that the pump body has defects, so that the oil suction chamber and the pressure oil chamber are connected, and the oil pressure capacity is lost, it should be replaced by Lu Zun machinery manufacturer in time. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, it may be that the steering direction of the pump is not correct and the parts are seriously worn or damaged. Replace them in time.

3、水泥自動攪拌車的液壓系統能建立正常壓力，一些管路或者液壓缸中間是沒有壓力的，可能就是因為管路、小孔或節流閥、換向閥這些部位堵住了。所以要仔細查看檢查壓力有沒有油液通過，找出原因，然后來排除。

4、若水泥自動攪拌車的液壓泵輸出流量隨壓力升高而顯著減小，且壓力達不到規定值，則是由于液壓泵磨損后間隙增大所致。排除方法是測定液壓泵的容積效率，就可以確定這個泵是不是能繼續使用的，對磨損嚴重的產品，一定進行修配或更換。

4. If the output flow of the hydraulic pump of the concrete mixer truck decreases significantly with the increase of the pressure, and the pressure can not reach the specified value, it is due to the increase of the clearance after the hydraulic pump is worn. The elimination method is to measure the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump, which can determine whether the pump can continue to be used, and the seriously worn products must be repaired or replaced.
